It is my birthday and I must admit that I think I am a new person. I started this blog over a year ago and I have honestly struggle with keeping up with it because writing is not my strongest skill.
Each day as I educate myself, the more I learn about who I am as a person. I have identified that I am:
A multi passionate person
I have different passions and I like to focus on multiple passions at the same time. I am not the type to just do one thing. My current new passions are health and fitness, nutrition , self development and Christianity.
I enjoy starting and building
When I started this blog, I use to spend 8 hours a day on it while on maternity leave, I was super engrossed in it that I do not remember much about the ending of 2017 or 2018.
I am very happy that I started this blog but I have gone through seasons of wanting to give up but I am learning each day that I have to keep on keeping on.
Keep on keeping on
Small changes is the key to success
My christianity influences everything
Being a christian has shaped who I am and it influence everything I do and that includes this blog. The direction of this blog will move towards documenting rather than just offering disconnected education and tips.
Check out my other blog which is Christian focus. I called it Precious Godliness.
I love helping people
When people ask, what will you do if you were never going to get paid and I have identified that I LOVE helping people, giving advise and helping them work through their problems. I enjoy helping people find clarity and see a way out of their current situation.
5 things I have learned over the past year
I am the only person who has the power over my mindset
I am the only one who can fuilfil my hearts desire to help others
God has given me one body so I need to take care of it
I love learning about my strengths and working on them – I came across the enneagram test which I identified that I am Type 8 ( The challenger)
Take your own test – knowing who you are can help you get to were you want to be
I am a very blessed person – I am grateful for everything I have, I have an amazing husband, kids, family and friends.
I am nearly hitting the third decade of my life and I still have not identified what I want to do in life. And that is ok, it is ok to not be fulfilling your full potential but working towards it.
I now have a growth mindset, which means that I can develop or become anything i decide to focus on. As I celebrate my birthday I am on getting in the best shape of my life, cure my autoimmune illness with food, build a successful business and enjoy the process of learning each and every day.
I believe that everything we gain in life is precious.
