These are the best at home workout videos every woman should do. Having a gym membership doesn’t guarantee weight loss or fitness. Being a mom of two and super frugal means getting a gym membership is not part of my budget. Having access to youtube videos has helped me with my weight loss journey and I hope you can use them too. Having a collection of at home workout videos have helped me lose over 15lbs in 3 months and these are what I consider to be the best at home workouts which are all 30mins or less long.

It is a great feeling to get a quick workout before the busy mom life starts. I have compiled a list of 10 videos I do on rotation to avoid getting bored.
Fat Burning at home workout- 15Mins
This workout is quick and intense. No equipment required and you really feel the burn the next day. I try and do this workout twice a week.
Full Shaun T Workout (25Min)
I love Shaun T; he is the king of HIIT fitness in my eyes. When I was getting married, I followed the Insanity workout program and that was a workout and a half. He has a youtube series on ‘at home workouts’ which are great. The filming is not great quality but the workout itself is amazing.
Dancehall Inspired workout (30Mins)
I love dance workouts, it doesn’t feel like a workout until the end when you can feel yourself dripping in sweat.
The fitness Marshall – 3MINS
I actually found this quick video after I did a workout but didn’t feel tired so I wanted a top out a workout. Super fun and exciting. I do this workout 3 times in a row.

Doing this workout consistently will definitely improve your physique.
Fat Burning HIIT Cardio Workout with No Equipment (Advanced and Low Impact Modifications)
This workout is a full body workout for the days when you are super motivated and you have more time on your hands. It is a little bit longer than 30 minutes but who cares. Get your workout on.

Another workout that works the whole body. I am a big fan of HIIT workouts.
Pilates and Cardio Workout – 28 Minute Fitness Blender Cardio Pilates Blend
This video is boring because there is no music but it is effective and you will feel the effects after. It combines cardio and pilates to get a full body workout.

This is my all-time throwback video. Slim down that waist with this 10 min workout. I do a couple of her workouts to make up the 30mins, with that I am good for the whole day.

The lack of finances and time can put us in a position of not investing in improving our physical health, especially as a mum, after I had my second child, I decided that I will speak less and put myself into action mode.
